Caleb is a three year referee veteran. Between football, volleyball and a second job, Caleb mostly worked Sunday leagues. Recently though, he has made a bigger dedication to volleyball. He was adamant about reffing and playing indoor, he trains, takes private lessons, plays doubles and fours; the improvements in his game and reffing over the past year have been impressive. The volleyball bug may be the only thing as contagious as Omicron though. The main reason Caleb is referee of the month is because of his apparent personal growth over the past few years. He is well-mannered, responsible, and confident. Those are life skills that transcend Capt’n Bill’s and are invaluable for a young man starting off in the world. Congratulate him, get to know him, we are lucky to have him in our community!
